It is really unbelievable that someone is able to bid a house for US$1.75 at eBay.
The bid for Saginaw house was won by a Chicago lady named Joanne Smith who submitted the bid without taking a look at the property.
According to the Saginaw Newspapers, she has the intention to sell it despite the property market has been receiving severe hard beating by the economic crisis in the recent years.
Guess what! She still has to pay $850 in back taxes and yard cleanup costs.
Anyway, in my view, this was not a good buy. The house is definitely in need of rebuilt and more money has to pour in for doing up the whole place.

It is official!!!! There will be a sequel to my favorite animated movie – Kung Fu Panda. DreamWorks Animation has confirmed the wonderful news and it is currently in the works and has set a release date of June 3, 2011.
According to the source, this new file will reunite the original voice cast members like Jack Black as kung fu fan Po, Angelina Jolie.
The 2011 date means that “Panda” will be sharing the summer with Disney/Pixar’s “Cars 2,” which Disney moved from a 2012 release to summer 2011 last week.
The original “Panda,” which grossed more than $626 million worldwide, is DWA’s most successful nonsequel. It will be released on two-disc DVD and Blu-ray, containing a new companion story “Secrets of the Furious Five,” on Nov. 9.
Who cares whether it is going to clash with “Cars 2″ or not. I can’t wait to watch my Po again.
